Billing

• In case of a VAT increase after reservation completion the price will be adjusted accordingly.
• The price includes all taxes, fees and services (laundry, TV, tax, etc.).
• The tourist tax of EUR 2,70 per person (aged 14 years and older) and night is charged separatly.
• The price of the final cleaning is EUR 55,00 to EUR 75,00 per apartment and holiday-stay.
• The price for one additional bed is EUR 15,00 a day.
• Pets only on request, additional price EUR 45,00.
• Booking conditions: A deposit of EUR 100,00 per apartment is necessary to confirm the booking.
• Payment through the online payment system (hobex payment systems):
  You have the possibility to pay the deposit or the total cost of your holiday-stay directly online using a credit card or debit card.
• You can make a bank transfer to the beneficiary:

Travel cancellation insurance

Stipulating a travel cancellation insurance avoids potential cancellation costs.

We recommend this travel cancellation insurance.

Cancellation

• In case of a reservation/booking cancellation:
  • 60 days before arrival we won’t charge any costs.
  • from 60 to 40 days before arrival EUR 100,00 per apartment will be charged.
  • from 40 to 7 days before arrival 80% of the arrangement will be charged.
  • from less than 7 days before arrival 100% of the arrangement will be charged.
• In case of an early departure 100% of the arrangement will be charged.

Liability, payment and departure

• We do not take any responsibility for illness, accidents, bad weather or other occurrences beyond our control.
• Because of organizational reasons we ask you to pay your bill one day before your departure.
• The total amount can be paid in cash or by debit card/credit card.
• On the day of departure please leave the apartment before 09.00 am.
• On the day of arrival the apartment will be ready for occupancy from 3.00 pm on.
